This week, I’m on the other side of the mic as Griffin Hill interviews ME! We chat about my story, my obsession with the Enneagram (oh hey, I’m a seven!), and navigating hard seasons with joy. Being on the other side of the mic was actually really fun, and I’m glad I did it!

Rukmini Poddar is an artist, designer and illustrator living in NYC. When she’s not working as a designer in the day, she spends her nights drawing other people’s emotions. She wrote a book about her own in 2016 entitled “100 Obscure Emotions” and since then she started a web blog called Dear Ruksi and encourages everyone to anonymously submit their emotions to her so she can draw them. She believes we are all going through one big, similar Human Experience. The sooner we realize how alike we are, the more we can create a culture of empathy and personalism. She is currently drawing 100 days of the enneagram and posts daily on her instagram: @rockinruksi
In this episode, we talk about the Enneagram and Rukmini’s 100 Days of Enneagram Project! You can listen to the episode using the link in our profile!

This week we have Grant Skeldon joining us. It’s one of my favorites and as you can see we’ve got some new things going on around here with our second ever GUY!
—
In response to millennials being labeled noncommittal, cynical, entitled, slacktivists, Grant Skeldon started Initiative Network in order to shift the culture of Dallas by training millennials to be Christ-loving, city-changing, church-investing, disciple-making, local missionaries.
—
Initiative has impacted thousands of young leaders from over 540 different churches across the metroplex. Grant has traveled the world, speaking to over 40,000 pastors, parents, and business leaders on the topic of engaging and empowering millennials. His book, The Passion Generation, will be published by Zondervan in November of 2018.
—
Grant serves on the advisory boards for Harvest America in Dallas and Movement Day. He is a member at Mercy Street Church, a multicultural, urban church plant in West Dallas.
—
In this episode, we talk about millenials and the bad rap we get! Grant is out to change the conversation! You can listen to the episode using the link in our profile!

As a speaker, author and creative ninja Jenny Randle believes deeply in the power of story. At the age of 18, she encountered the greatest love story ever told, the Gospel. The prayer that followed was simple: “Use me to make an impact for you.”
Since that prayer, Jenny has served in ministry and worked in the entertainment, publishing and creative industries. From a DJ on the radio to working in the heart of Hollywood editing content for billion-dollar franchises, God empowered her to craft stories that carried impact. In 2009, she was recognized with one of the highest honors in the entertainment industry — an Emmy® Award. Jenny’s newest book, " Courageous Creative " , is currently available for pre-order and releases in the Fall. This interactive devotional encourages others to understand their God-given identity, creativity, and purpose.
Together with her husband Matt, they founded a digital marketing agency, Yellow Chair Creatives. In early 2018, they also formed Freedom Creatives, an organization dedicated to empowering creatives in the art of living a transformational life found in Christ. Jenny and Matt live in Upstate NY with their two kids, where they enjoy strawberry gummies and spontaneous dance parties.
Natalie Franke Hayes is an entrepreneur, mobilization marketer, community builder, and neuroscience nerd. As one of the Founders of the Rising Tide Society and the Head of Community at HoneyBook, she leads tens of thousands of creatives and small business owners while fostering a spirit of community over competition. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and dog, consumes copious amounts of coffee every day, and enjoys traveling to new cities with a camera in hand.
In this episode, we talk about building community and linking arms to propel one another forward.

As an MD in residency, Catherine’s life was radically transformed when she encountered the real Jesus, who walked her out of years of heavy bondage. In the process, He birthed a deep compassion in her to reach out to others with the love and power of a wildly passionate God who heals, transforms, restores the broken, oppressed and infirm and releases them into powerful destinies.
After 4 years practicing as a board-certified Internist, she retired from medicine to raise her children and wholeheartedly pursue God’s call on her life for the years to come.
In 2016, she founded Imprint, LLC, dedicated to restoring wholeness, revealing identity, and releasing destiny through the unveiling of God’s imprint of love uniquely expressed in every person. In 2017, she released her first book, Marked by Love, which takes the reader on a wild encounter with God as Love to discover their true identity, through the lens of the imprint placed upon every person by God, the Lover of our souls.
Today we are switching it up with the friendship queen herself Bailey T. Hurley interviewing Kelsey on the topic. Get to know Kelsey Chapman a little bit better as she switches sides of the mic and lets this fabulous friend put her in the hot seat!
Justin Boggs is the CEO of Dyce Media, a full-service digital marketing agency that specializes in helping companies clarify their purpose and connect with their dream clients so that they can sell more products. Justin’s self-expressed mission is to learn, lead, and love people a little better than he did yesterday. I can definitely get on board with THAT!
In this episode, we chat about living in the present even when we’re natural dreamers, navigating an ever-changing industry, and leading with integrity! I hope you love it as much as I do.
My feisty friend Monica, founder of @weareunveiled, left the corporate world (and a 6 figure job) in March 2014. She didn’t have a plan. By August she had captured a vision for We Are Unveiled, and in 2016 she began offering to consult for nonprofits. Monica’s greatest passion is to see people come fully alive and identify their purpose and I love watching her walk this passion out on the daily.
In this episode, we talk about leading a team of women and navigating different personality types, growing and expanding a movement, and sharing our stories to empower others.
